In order to improve your golf swing, your swing needs to be more consistent.
Every golfer will experience periods of inconsistent ballstriking, low confidence and a general sensation of swinging out of sync. For these times, I offer a quick fix: Quiet your lower body, and concentrate on swinging the golf club with only your hands and arms (golftipsmag, 2002).
This is a good tip. Keep this in mind next time you head out to the driving range. It may feel a little strange, or even un-natural to you at first. I always feel like I need to use my lower body to get a full and more powerful swing. But take this advice from the experts. Sometimes changing you swing might be a little complicated at first, but ones you get use to it, you will see results.
